Intellectual property rights of the website https://www.ehabilis.es, their source code, design, navigation structure, databases and the various elements contained therein are the property of SDWEB – SOLUCIÓNS DIXITAIS S.L. which is responsible for the exclusive exercise of the rights to exploit them in any form and, in particular the rights of reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation.

These general conditions govern the access to and use of the www.ehabilis.es site (hereinafter referred to as "the Web") which SDWEB – SOLUCIÓNS DIXITAIS S.L. makes available free of charge to its Internet clients, without prejudice to the special conditions for subscription or sale of certain contents of the Website.

  • Activities or contents that endanger public order, criminal investigation, public security and national defence.

In relation to citations of products, contents and services of third parties and collaborators, SDWEB – SOLUCIÓNS DIXITAIS S.L. recognizes in favour of its owners the corresponding industrial and intellectual property rights, not implying its mere mention or appearance on the Web the existence of any rights or liability of SDWEB – SOLUCIÓNS DIXITAIS S.L. on them, nor support, sponsorship, or recommendation by SDWEB – SOLUCIÓNS DIXITAIS S.L., unless expressly stated.
